Wedge Anchor

Wedge Anchors are heavy-duty fasteners used to firmly secure materials and equipment to concrete and masonry surfaces. Incredibly strong and reliable, they feature a unique design with a small sleeve near their bottom. This sleeve expands when installed and "wedges" the anchor into the concrete. Measurement of these anchors is taken end-to-end. The installation process involves drilling a hole into the concrete and embedding the non-threaded end. The expansion mechanism is activated upon striking the anchor before being tightened. The major portion of the anchor remains in the concrete and the visible end is used to attach other pieces.
