The purpose of Grade 10.9 Blind Bolt Geomet 500B is to securely connect two or more components without the need for access to the opposite side of the joint. Grade 10.9 Blind Bolt Geomet 500B delivers superior strength and durability compared to rivets or welds. Installable from one side with ease, these bolts offer an ideal solution for repair and manufacturing applications in confined spaces. Composed of a steel pin, a collar, and a sleeve, the bolt is inserted through a pre-drilled hole and tightened - allowing the collar to create pressure and the sleeve to form a seal on the visible side. Quick and reliable to install and inspect, they are often used in construction to join steel girders.
